🔎Pores are the microscopic openings of sebaceous follicles that are designed to release sweat and sebum onto the surface of the skin. Most often, the skin encounters such a condition as “enlarged pores” due to increased sebum production and its slow release onto the skin surface
Research tells us that the number and size of pores are determined genetically. But they are not united by genetics alone. What else affects the expansion of pores over time:

SKIN TYPE 1️⃣
Owners of oily or combination skin most often encounter abundant sebum secretion - mixing with external impurities, it forms a sebaceous plug, which in turn stretches the mouth of the follicle.

2️⃣ HORMONAL IMBALANCE
For example, during adolescence or pregnancy. Some girls also notice that during menstruation, the oiliness of their skin increases and, as a result, their pores become slightly larger.

3️⃣ IMPROPER SKIN CARE If cleansing is poor, particles of impurities, makeup residues, and dead cells may accumulate on the skin. They “clog” the pores and lead to their expansion. By the way, insufficient cleansing can lead to further inflammation and acne.

❓️ What will help make pores less noticeable?
