K&K’s Girls Night In

Just a little update!! After a little respite last year we are back!! So far this year together we have ran a GNI with a difference….a cacao and vision board ceremony under the Wolf moon and this weekend we spent Saturday afternoon providing a wonderful Spa At Home!

We can offer a bespoke service to your door or right here in The Studio….hen party, birthday party, girls get together, baby showers, maiden to mother ceremonies and so on!!

GIRLS NIGHT IN UPCOMING DATES:

In collaboration with Kirstie from  we bring you GIRLS NIGHT IN. This is a perfect evening to attend on your own or to share some special time with friends, sisters, mothers’, or daughters. Girls Night In is an opportunity to pause from the demands of life, relax, switch off and laugh. It’s an evening of indulgence and relaxation..a time to reset amongst friends. We bring you the perfect blend of beauty, restoration, and joy. Expect massage, facials, meditation, reiki, affirmations and more. Each session is slightly different as we bring to you an essence of the season in which we are in. The evening concludes with chatter, Prosecco or herbal tea.

With Mothers Day, Easter and spring just around the corner, what could be better than the gift of love to yourself or someone you care about. Come and us on our next GIRLS NIGHT IN for an evening of rest and rejuvenation…let us put a smile on your face and a spring in your step!

Just a reminder of what the evening entails:

FORMAT:
*A welcome circle with meditation to guide you into a space of relaxation.
*Gentle seated movement and breath work
*Face yoga and face/neck massage to add to the glow
*A mini facial, including face mask, as guided by Kirstie...all materials provided (be sure to inform us of any allergies/sensitivity)
*A choice of massage given to you by your hosts whilst you sit back and relax yoga style.
*Reiki healing
*Healing Sounds / Music
*Restorative yoga (a couple of super relaxing postures fully supported with bolsters/cushions)
*Affirmations
*Aromatherapy essential oils to be used to compliment the evening
*A complimentary glass of Prosecco/mulled wine or herbal tea.
