This icy blonde bob was created by a full head highlift tint shade 11:1 .colour followed by icy blonde shampoo and conditioner by
➡️ choose the right size wand for your hair
➡️ use small sections
➡️ prep the hair first, washing your hair the day before, use heat protection.
➡️ spray each section with a light spray
➡️finish by running a small amount of serum through the curls and use a fixing spray to complete the look.
