New policy’s starting from January!

❤️Late policy- i will no longer be doing appointments if you are 10+ minutes late, this has a knock on affect to my other clients and things that have been planned. If you are more than 10 minutes late you will have to reschedule and will have to pay 50% of the treatment cost.

❤️Cancellation policy- you must give me 24hours notice unless it is out of your hands, this is due to me being able to book another client in your slot. Less than 24hours notice you could be charged 50% of your treatment cost.

❤️Missed appointments- if a client fails to cancel or no shows they will be required to pay 100% of the treatment cost, exceptions will be made on a case to case basis.

❤️Time slots- when booking please let me know if you want a certain design as this can take longer and I can amend the time slot of your appointment.

❤️Nail art- I have been slack on charging for nail designs but all nail art will be charged depending on design.
