Probably not the greatest idea after 3 knee operations and endless knee problems 🥴 but one I’m now looking forward too! 🏊🚴🏃

🏊🚴🏃 So myself & have decided to compete in this years Ironman Bolton 70.3 event on the 26th September. We’ve certainly got our work cut out as we don’t have a decent set of knees between us 👀 and the small factor of only having 13 weeks to train for it!
