So what is cupping?
Cupping is the practise of placing small cups on areas of the body to create suction that loosens connective tissues, relieves muscle tightness, and promotes blood flow and circulation, helping those areas to heal more quickly.
The suction essentially causes tiny blood vessels to expand under the skin. Your body responds to cupping like am injury, the breakage of blood vessels simulates the body to increase blood flow and circulation in the area.
