I’m running a raffle to help raise money for TTA, a place that truly means the world to me. They aren’t just a dance school — they’re my family. After moving into their forever home at the old Breightmet Library, this historic space has become the heart of their dance community. Right now, the dancers are training on carpet, and they deserve so much more. TTA are fundraising to install professional Le Mark dance flooring to keep the children safe and help them reach their full potential. The goal is £22,000, and every donation, no matter how small, helps turn this dream into reality. By entering this raffle, you’re not only supporting me — you’re helping give these dancers the floor, the future, and the studio they truly deserve.🩰🤍

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to share something important with you all. After a lot of thought, I’ve decided that my time at The Bees Knees has come to an end.

The salon has been such an amazing part of my journey and I’m so grateful for everything it has brought me. But right now, my health and life balance need to come first. I have a family who need me, and I need to look after my mental wellbeing too … to be a mum, a partner, and the best version of myself.

I want to be clear …. this decision is absolutely not because the salon wasn’t busy enough. If anything, it was often too busy for me to manage alongside family life, which is a huge credit to all of you for your support.

This isn’t goodbye. I’ll still be around, and if you’d like me to continue doing your hair, facials or aesthetics, I absolutely will.

I’ve met the most wonderful people here …. clients who have become friends. We’ve laughed, cried and shared so much together. My dream was always to create a safe, welcoming space where you could come not just for treatments, but even just for a brew and a chat… and I truly feel like we made that happen.

Donna will still be with me, supporting with facials and working alongside me, as always being the absolute best!

This isn’t the end, it’s just a rebalance … a way of preventing life’s struggles and giving me the time I need with my loved ones.

I would also love to ask you all to support the next person who comes into the salon just as much as you did with me. The community we built together is so special, and I’d love for it to carry on.

I love you all dearly. If you have any unused passes or if there’s any money owed, I’ll be in touch with you personally to sort that out…. You can also contact me if you think you had minutes left … 💛
