Before we say goodbye to July… what a month it’s been! ☀️✨

July has been one of my busiest months in clinic, helping so many of you get holiday-ready and creating some truly amazing transformations. I absolutely love being part of your confidence journey, and I’m so grateful to every single one of you for choosing me and continuing to support my little business. 💕

Outside of clinic, it’s been a month full of making memories too. We’ve been busy with home projects, the children have finished school for the summer, and it’s been lovely making the most of the beautiful weather and spending more time outdoors. We had a fantastic day at Adlington Carnival, and I even managed to sneak away for an unforgettable girls’ trip to Portugal with my best friends – a much-needed reset before some well-earned family time. 🇵🇹☀️
