Viral warts (verrucas) are caused by the HPV virus, but your immune system also plays a huge role in how your body responds to them.
Stress, tiredness, lowered immunity, or damaged skin can make it easier for the virus to spread and harder for the body to fight it off.
Verrucas on the feet may cause:

✔️ spreading of the lesions
