Lash lifts aren’t replacing lash extensions.
Korean lash lifts are trending right now, but trends come and go. The ability to create a completely bespoke set tailored to your client’s eye shape, features and desired result will always be valuable.
It isn’t which treatment is more popular. It’s which treatment is right for the client and how you advertise for this.

I used to think the only way to grow in the beauty industry was to do more.
More clients. More hours. More content. More pressure. More constantly trying to prove myself.
But the biggest shift in my business happened when I stopped trying to do everything, and became known for one thing.
I became obsessed with the client experience.
Not just the treatment itself, but how I made people feel from the second they walked through my door.
I stopped focusing purely on transactions and started building genuine connections.
I learnt what actually makes clients come back consistently, recommend you to everyone they know, and stay loyal to you.
And it wasn’t luck.
It wasn’t cheap prices.
And it definitely wasn’t posting 24/7.
Most artists are taught how to do lashes but very few are taught how to build a business people become emotionally attached to.
There’s a psychological reason clients stay loyal.
There’s a reason some artists stay fully booked without constantly chasing clients.
There’s a reason people will drive past multiple artists just to sit in your chair.
Your business changes when people stop seeing you as ‘just another lash tech’ and start seeing you as THEIR lash artist.

Why is no one booking? Because your sets are not tailored.
One of the biggest things holding lash techs back is relying on lash maps they’ve seen online and using them on every single client.
Lash mapping isn’t one size fits all.
If you don’t understand eye shapes and what actually suits them, your sets will never look as good as they could, no matter how good your application is.
This is what gets you fully booked with clients who are obbsessed with their lashes 🫶🏼
