Really didn't want to make this post, and I'm genuinely so sorry 😔
But after a lot of reflection, I feel it's only right that I take accountability.

For some time now, I've been responsible for...

• People falling asleep during treatments.
• Clients forgetting what they were stressed about.
• Unexpected levels of relaxation.
• A significant increase in comments such as:
"That was exactly what I needed."
"I haven't felt this relaxed in ages."
And perhaps most concerning of all...
Partners questioning why there's yet another payment to Zen Essence Beauty.
To everyone affected, I sincerely apologise.
Unfortunately, I have no plans to change my behaviour. 😉
