We don’t make the rules 💁♀️✨
Last month, £1,029 worth of appointments were lost through late cancellations, rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice, and no-shows.
For a small business, that is a significant amount.
When an appointment is cancelled at short notice, it can be extremely difficult to refill that space — particularly for longer colour appointments where several hours have been reserved specifically for one client.
We completely understand that sometimes things happen and plans have to change. All we ask is that, wherever possible, you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
As a reminder, appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may incur a 50% charge, except in exceptional circumstances.
This policy isn’t there to punish anyone. It simply helps protect our stylists’ time, income and the running of the salon, while also giving another client the opportunity to take the appointment.
