As a beauty teacher, lash tech & a mum, life can get so busy that it’s easy to put yourself at the bottom of the list. You spend your days looking after your clients, building your business, teaching others, being there for your children, keeping everything together… and somewhere along the way, you forget about yourself.

For the longest time, I thought constantly working, running on empty & sacrificing my own needs was just part of being successful. But the truth is, you can’t pour from an empty cup.
