Let's talk about drinking water

Water is essential to maintaining good health and moisturising the skin. It’s important to remember to drink water throughout the day so you can look and feel better.

Why is water so important? Our bodies are made up of 60% water! Every cell in our body is packed with it. Water has many exceptional properties that may come as a surprise to many. It contributes to cell repair, quickens weight loss, increases skin tonicity and provides the hydration that our bodies need. 🥤

How to check that you are drinking enough?
You should drink 35ml per kilogram of weight. So if you weighed 70kg you should be drinking 2 litres of water per day.

As most of our clients are aware, Katie Isaac Beauty is relocating to Old Leake, Boston, Lincolnshire. All appointments from the 25th JULY 2026 will be in the new location.

You will all receive confirmation of address upon booking as I will not be advertising my address publicly. If you cannot attend to your appointment in Old Leake, there will be home visits available contact us if you need more information.
