I would like to say a big thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the support and loyalty from my amazing clients! You all make my job a pleasure to come to work for.

I cannot believe it was just over 10 years ago when I started my own business ‘Dynamix Hair Design’.
There has been lots of great memories over the years that I will always cherish.

I am so lucky to have the loyalty from all my clients, which has grown into friendship.

Over the last couple of months, there has been a large increase of last-minute cancellations and no shows.

Due to this, unfortunately I will now have to be more strict with the salon cancellation policy.

Whenever there is a last minute cancellation or no show it presents myself with a financial loss, which affects the running of a small business with high overhead costs!

Please be aware to avoid disappointment we have only limited appointments available till the end of the year. We do offer a cancellation list if we are fully booked.

Due to the limited availability we ask for at least 48 hours cancellation notice so we can have the chance to fill the appointments as if we have less than 48hours or no shows we will be required to charged next time a booking fee to secure the next appointment.

Kelly will be working the next three Saturday’s to accommodate appointments however appointments do go quick and are limited!
The Saturday’s Kelly is working are;
Saturday 10th December,
Saturday 17th December,
Saturday 24th December.
