A little behind-the-scenes from today 🤍

I’ve just had a fresh delivery of the wax I use for treatments — Songbird Liquiwax.

I’m quite particular about what I use during appointments, because it makes a real difference to both the treatment and your comfort.

This wax:
• melts into an oil on contact
• gives a smooth, controlled glide (without feeling greasy)
• is kind to the skin
• allows me to work both deeply and slowly when needed

I also have vegan-friendly options available, so treatments can always be suited to your preferences.

It’s one of those small details that most people wouldn’t think about — but it plays a big part in how your treatment feels.

Everything I use is chosen with your comfort and the quality of the treatment in mind 🤍

A lot of my clients now come regularly — which is amazing 🤍

But something I’ve realised is that many of you are still booking single appointments, when a package would actually work better for you.

Not just financially, but for your body too.

Regular massage helps:
• prevent tension building back up
• keep progress consistent
• avoid that “back to square one” feeling

I offer packages of 5 sessions:

• 5 x 30 mins – £95
• 5 x 60 mins – £140
• 5 x 90 mins – £210

They’re ideal if you’re already coming every few weeks or monthly.

If you’re unsure whether it would suit you, just ask me at your next appointment or drop me a message 🤍

Long weekends are lovely…
but they don’t always leave our bodies feeling their best.

Extra time on your feet
Sleeping in different positions
More driving, more lifting, less routine

It all adds up.

If you’re feeling a bit more tight, stiff or tired than usual this week, you’re not imagining it — your body notices the change.

Massage can help ease that tension and get things moving comfortably again.

Whether you need something more targeted or a slower, more relaxing session, treatments are always tailored to you.

You’re always welcome to message if you’d like to book or ask a question 🤍

Before every appointment I prepare the room the same way.

Fresh towels.
Quiet space.
Time set aside just for that client.

Whether someone comes in for a deep sports treatment or a relaxing massage, the goal is the same:

Helping them leave feeling better than when they arrived.

It’s one of my favourite parts of the job.

Not every massage needs to be deep.

Sometimes the body simply needs time to slow down.

I also offer treatments that focus on:
• relaxation
• nervous system reset
• gentle muscle release

This can be especially helpful if you:
• feel constantly stressed
• struggle to switch off
• hold tension throughout your body

Massage isn’t always about fixing an injury.

Sometimes it’s about giving your body permission to relax.

I’m so grateful for the kind words my clients have shared recently

Here are just a few:

“Made me feel really welcome… massage felt great! Booked again.”

“Warm, welcoming environment and excellent prices.”

“Explained everything clearly… I’ve now booked monthly. 10/10.”

“Thought I’d feel like an old man the next day… but no stiffness!”

“Sore, but slept like a log!”

“Legs feel less tight already — see you in a couple of weeks.”

Whether it’s helping someone feel more comfortable, sleep better, or just move more freely — that’s always the goal.

Thank you to everyone who trusts me đź–¤

Mother’s Day is a lovely celebration, but for many mums it’s also another busy day of looking after everyone else.

Between work, children, responsibilities and the endless mental list, most mums rarely take time purely for themselves.

A massage isn’t just a treat.
It’s time to relax, release tension and properly switch off for a while.

This year I’m offering Mother’s Day gift vouchers, available for:

• 30 minutes
• 45 minutes
• 60 minutes
• 90 minutes

Vouchers can be personalised and are available to collect.

If you’d like to organise one for Mother’s Day, just send me a message and I’ll be happy to help 🤍

Massage isn’t just about muscles.

When your body relaxes, your nervous system follows.

Heart rate slows.
Breathing deepens.
Cortisol levels reduce.

Many clients say they sleep better after a session — not because they’re “exhausted”, but because their body finally switched off.

Sometimes what we call “tightness” is really just a body that hasn’t rested properly in months.

05/03/2026

Standing all day isn’t “better” than sitting all day.
It just loads the body differently.

When you’re on your feet for hours:

• Calves stay contracted
• Hamstrings tighten
• Lower back works constantly
• Blood flow slows in the legs

That heavy, achy feeling by the evening?
It’s muscular fatigue building up.

Regular treatment helps prevent that tension becoming chronic.

Especially if your job doesn’t let you sit much.

The upper back is one of the most common areas I treat.

And it’s rarely just posture.

When you’re stressed, your nervous system switches into alert mode.

Your shoulders subtly lift.
Your breathing becomes shallow.
Your muscles brace.

The problem?
Most of us never fully switch off.

Over time, that constant low-level tension becomes your “normal.”

Tight doesn’t mean damaged.
It usually means overloaded.
