We have played around with my clients hair, we have fought against the dark to go blonde, we have tried the ashy toners and it just didn’t work!
I often find going with the hair rather than against it is best! So that’s what we done.
Everyone’s hair tells a story and everyone’s hair is different- it’s about finding what works for you!

Because this is worth a read, if your a flicker of changing hair colour even if it’s ’not that different’ but wondering why it isn’t the colour hour wanting then this could be why.

6 years on…..
It’s gone so fast! I’ll never forget how nervous I was on my first day, I’ve learnt so much along the way and of course still so much to learn and navigate.

Let me to you why regular trims are a must for healthy hair and where your prob going wrong…..
💫 Chop off split ends by removing damaged ends, preventing further breakage up the hair …. This will happen.
💫 stimulates faster hair growth when cutting the dead ends….. think of a plant who has dead leaves——the plant is using resourceful energy to try and keep the dead leaves alive rather than nourish the rest of the plant
💫 nothing beats a fresh cut that gives your hair a clean and tidy look making the hair look healthier
💫 Less damage means easier styling which is easier to manage
Now I’m not saying to get your hair cut every 6-8 weeks unless your wanting a certain style but if your wanting to grow it you need to get rid of the ends that are causing more damage than good!
Also ingesting in products is a MUST for growing hair

June you have been a busy month and bloody hot! Home life this time of year is always busy with sports tournaments & everyone getting their hair done before holiday!
Just a reminder that my appointments are reduced during the holidays meaning my appointments are very limited.

But why though…….
It’s science 🧪
Let me break it down for you….
✨hair is exposed to air and light
✨you wash your hair to frequently
✨your using products that make your colour/toner fade quicker
✨minerals in water (hard water) can build up onto the hair
✨ damaged/porous hair have open cuticles therefore doesn’t hold your colour/toner well
✨over use of heat tools
✨not being consistent with your appointments
So many factors that could easily prevent colour fading and it’s simple things you could be doing that’s making it fade.
