Stretching is what most of my clients expect to be told is what they need to do to fix their pain, to a certain point that is correct. However without strength the stretching is just a temporary relief from the pain and discomfort. Strength + Flexibility = Freedom.

Knee pain is one of the most common reasons people seek my help. The true cause of knee pain can be varied and part of a series of issues that need to be resolved for long lasting results. This can only be discovered with an assessment to understand your situation and where the real work needs to be done.
