Our goal at Move Well Therapy Bournemouth is to facilitate healing, reduce pain and restore efficient movement and comfort as quickly as possible.
We combine massage techniques with physical therapy to get you moving again We are experienced in treating clients who have a broad range of health complaints, and can help with issues such as;
- Upper/lower back, knee, hip and/or ankle pain
- Joint soreness and stiffness, for example shoulder and ankle
movement restrictions
- Reducing persistent aches and pains, for example neck pain and/or

- Treating the effects of stress, strain, tension and/or muscular
imbalances on the body
- Supporting recovery after an injury, such as a sprain, strain, broken
