✨ Today’s client was a hard-working hairdresser who came in with pain and tightness between the shoulder blades — a super common issue from hours of cutting, colouring, and styling.
I used a scraping (IASTM) technique to release the tension and improve blood flow. The mild bruising you see is completely normal — it happens because stagnant blood and waste products are drawn to the surface, allowing fresh circulation to move in and speed up recovery.
