E8 Sports Therapy

Just a quick one….
For those of you that have seen me recently know I’ve been struggling with my hip 🫠
Turns out I have a stress fracture on my femoral neck😬
For those of you that are booked in for the next couple of weeks I will message you to discuss your appointment as I will need to be on crutches for a few weeks!
Thank you for all understanding, Ella x
