3 weeks growth ... I used the metallic powder with hand painted top coat to get these multicoloured metallic stars on my Builder in a bottle extensions for the Christmas period! Now I’ve sent them on there way and I’m contemplating my next set using a new system. Been a funny time to train to be a nail technician so only got myself to practice on untill we’re lifted out of teir 4 again. Practice does make for perfect though so more refinement and tryouts coming soon

Greatful to my friends who were willing guinea pigs this year for my nails adventures ! Seems like the Builder in a bottle nails are definitely a winner!

These Builder in a Bottle overlays on natural nails we’re probably my favourites this year as a newly qualified Nail tech - These nails were soo long as a testimony to how BIAB can help with natural growth - and ofcourse they were glittered to finish!

So greatful to my friend who was a willing Guinea Pig for me trying to use forms instead of tips when doing literally my first set of acrylics on someone not myself, had a bit of a wobble and was glad I only set up 3 fingers because I ended doing the rest in tips ( 😂 a very good and relaxed friend indeed) so after that experiment/ experience we changed tacktics and finished on BIAB 19 overlay with holographic glitter tips- my photographs are a bit rubbish and they look pretty in the flesh! If I see her again before Christmas I’ll get a better picture!

Last nights Acrylic set was a request for a non pink and alternative Christmas vibe. Christmas tree glitter green was ‘s choice. I think mixed with this mid tone green/grey it looks great! Was pretty hard to match to a non glitter colour!
At one point Rubarb the kitten tried to get in on the action and climbed onto my shoulders like a parrot 😆 ...I’m feeling pretty gutted we didn’t get a photo of that too now
And unexpected perk of the job I didn’t see coming... meeting people’s pets 🎄🐱

Hello hello 👋 my Name is Robyn
I wanted to introduce myself as I’m a newly Qualified Nail technician...
and I’m a Professional Crafter! 😬
I’ve had a lot and love and support for my creative endeavours over the years and run my own Online business and craft community’s aswell as an online store! Since Lockdown I’ve been working alone alot and miss meeting with people terribly! I know this year has been so hard for many so now I’m hoping I can get out and about and bring a bit of glitter and shine to others in person.
Now I’m turning my creativity and artistic talents to Nails and Manicure Services!
Those who know me know that I have been obsessed with painting my own nails since I was 6! I’ve always shared this passion with my friends, and housemates and most who know me know that I have a dangerously large nail polish collection! 🙊
I just love the way that a nice set of nails can make you feel so Ive got myself qualified as a Nail Technician and now I’m heading out to my first clients! I thought I should start by making my friends and family feel a little bit pampered before Christmas and then see how it goes!
