Her teasy highlights were actually done four colour appointments ago — and look how beautifully that blonde is still working.

Since then, we’ve simply maintained her tint regrowth every 4–5 weeks. There’s no need to keep adding highlights when the existing blonde is still looking this good.

This appointment was all about refreshing her roots and a restyle — taking off a good amount of length, creating a fresh new shape and finishing with a bouncy blow-dry.

A complete seasonal switch for this lovely client ✨

We took her lighter, warmer blonde and transformed it into this rich, glossy bronde, with beautiful multi-tonal depth running throughout.

It’s darker, richer and much more autumnal, but those lighter ribbons stop it feeling like one solid dark colour. 🤎

NO BLEACH. JUST CLEVER COLOUR. ✨

We used to highlight and lowlight this lovely lady’s hair, but over time her natural hair has changed and she is now around 90% white through the hairline.

So around a year and a half ago, we changed the way we colour her hair.

Rather than continuing to highlight and lowlight, we decided to work with the different tones already running through her hair and simply maintain her regrowth with regular tint.

No bleach. No high-lift colour. No unnecessary highlighting.

Just her existing tones, her natural white and carefully chosen colour working together to create this soft, multi-tonal blonde. 🤍

It’s a perfect example of why your colour shouldn’t necessarily stay the same just because “that’s what we’ve always done.”
