Hello, my name is Jordan and I run Phoenix massage.

This is a mobile massage service that will sometimes work out of rooms in various salons in the Dorset area. We focus on Swedish massage and fire cupping.

Fire cupping is an alternative therapy that can help with many different ailments. From sore muscles and pinched nerves, to treating cellulite and acne.

It works by using glass cups, fire is placed inside the cup to create a vacuum, the glass is then placed onto the skin and the skin is pulled into the glass. This increases blood flow to the area, draws toxins from the blood and relaxes the muscles.

Many athletes use fire cupping as it increases blood flow through the body, relieves pain and promotes the bodies own repair system.
