🚪 I opened the doors to this little sanctuary nearly 7yrs ago. And wow what a time it has been.
I opened TOLD out of sheer stubbornness and determination, I cursed my then husbands logic, argued with him to believe my “dream”. With a newborn baby and 2 other beautiful little tots in tow, I trusted my instincts (albeit slightly crazy) now they are all grown up and we are nearly 7 years on.

So much has changed over the years, we survived various lockdowns, multiple staffing issues, a couple of floods,broken windows… you name it… we got through it.

BUT, it is with the heaviest heart that after those nearly 7yrs, I am handing my 🔑 back.

Life sometimes gets in the way, visions change, circumstances change, people change, and I have really had some strong words with myself these last 6+ months about what it is that I want and need for myself and my family ❤️

Unfortunately the cost of living crisis has impacted us all greatly, as much as other salons are increasing their prices greatly to catch up with ever rising costs, I don’t feel like that is the right thing for me to do. Whilst we are all struggling financially, the last thing I want to do is put my clients through more stress of having to pay even more for their “little luxuries”.

As many of my regular clients will know, personally the last couple of years have been extremely difficult, with things really reaching a breaking point over the last year or 2. My marriage broke down irretrievably and the help I once had from a partner at home ceased, this made working hours harder, my attention was focused elsewhere (because it had to be) unfortunately my physical health deteriorated in the stress of it all and I now live with a long term illness (Ulcerative Colitis), sorry about all the toilet trips clients!
