I am heart broken and extremely saddened to share this news with all my fabulous clientele at La Peche...

Yesterday I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis... It has been a long gruelling journey that started back in march when I dropped my clippers on the salon floor ...the following 24 hours a nightmare unfolded ....

I am so sorry to say that I will not be returning to work as I cannot commit to appointment bookings ...To be honest My level of stamina is shot and I suffer with all sorts of quirky sensory issues.....along side balance and fatigue ....

I would like to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for all the love and support you have given me through the years but it is time for me to hang up my scissors ...

MS a profound shift in my life.

Hello to all my wonderful clients .I am unable to work at present.
On the 10th march i was admitted to RBH with a suspected bleed or tumor in my brain ...Thankfully this wasn't the case but after 10 days of treatment and various scans and a right paralysed side I returned home with a CIS diagnosis.

I am now on an 8 week wait for a further MRI to confirm a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis . I am currently being seen by a neurological physio once a week to get me standing and walking properly and will need time for my brain to heal ..... I have 4 lesions in my brain and one active lesion so I am sorry to say I am not capable of working and won't be back until at least the end of June but this depends on what treatment I start after my MRI in june.

I will let you all know nearer the time what will be happening

So winter arrives and so does the wanting of warmth in the tones of blonde haired ladies.....using the blonde tones present i have added rich ash brown tones to create this beautiful blend .No roots this winter for my client 😊😊😊one happy lady 😊😊😊

Such a cute and happy chappy ...nearly 7 months old and in need of a fringe and ear tidy the aim was to keep it looking soft.we attacked jaxson whilst mummy was having her hair coloured lol ..loved that he was trying you roll over whilst having it done ...well done jaxson you were as good as gold 😊😊

So very proud of this wonderful young lady. Casey used to cry over having a fringe trim fearful of us hairdressers bless her, but today she asked me to prepare and cut 8 inches off for children who have lost hair through their battle against cancer to make them a wig ....thankyou for letting me do the honours casey I'm very very proud of you and well done mum for holding back the tears 😊😊😊

Had a visit from 9 week old spud today in the salon 😊😊 he put a smile on the clients faces 😊😊lovely to meet him 😊
