Dandelion & cat claw tea ☕️
Dandelion is rich in antioxidants which support detoxification, digestive health & can reduce water weight 💦
Cat claw has many suggested benefits from treating viral infections, preventing cell mutation, acting as an anti-inflammatory with some research suggesting it can help with treatment of AIDS, cancer & ulcers 🏥

Wood ear is an edible jelly like fungi which can be easily identified especiallyfor new foragers ♥️
They contain high levels of iron, copper, magnesium & fibre & found throughout the winter months ❄️
Some coastal foraging in the spring tides after a storm! ⛈️ didn’t get as much as I’d hoped with a baby in tow! But still managed enough surf clams & cockels for a nice taster ♥️
I was also on the hunt for the prized scallops & razor clams but hopefully next time! I’ll also be getting myself a water filter to help with the purging process next time 😆 all a good learning curve can’t wait for summer
A chilly February excursion to the New Forest is always well worth the drive! Today I checked out the deer trail at the Bolderwood Arboretum 🦌 today wasn’t the day sadly but got a good dose of Mother Nature 🌬️
I recommend downloading the New Forest app for a list of all their trails & map locations 🗺️
