I used to look at successful women for motivation.
Now women tell me they look at ME.
And honestly, that still feels crazy.
When I moved to England, I came with one suitcase of clothes, a coffee machine, one bag of keratin and very big hopes for my future. 🇬🇧
No connections or clients waiting for me.
I didn’t have a salon, a team or a big audience.
I just had a dream and I was ready to work for it.
I started from home, messaging clients myself and taking every opportunity I could. 10pm appointment? I was there. No likes? I kept posting. Quiet weeks? I kept working.
Because I truly believed that if I stayed disciplined, consistent and dedicated, eventually something had to change.
And it did.
Home appointments became a small studio.
The small studio became my own salon.
Clients became students.
My experience became education.
And the girl who was once looking for inspiration became an example to other women starting from zero. 🥹
That part means more to me than any number or achievement.
Because if my journey can make another woman think,
“Maybe I can do it too…”
then everything was worth it.
You don’t need the perfect circumstances or to know exactly how it will happen.
You need to start and put in the effort.
