This was an epic Stage 1 colour correction. ✨

A whole history of home colour, salon colour, mahoganys, dark browns… you name it, this hair had seen it all.

The end goal? A low-maintenance blonde without compromising the health of the hair.

We knew from the consultation this wasn’t going to happen in one appointment, and that’s exactly how colour corrections should be approached. Taking it slowly means we can protect the integrity of the hair while working towards the dream result.

We’re both so happy with today’s transformation. The hair still feels soft, silky, looks super shiny, and we’re already excited for Stage 2. 🤍

It’s been 16 months since we last did this clients balayage 😱 the goal was always low maintenance and an easy grow out that worked with her natural “pre-lightened” (grey 😉) hairs that come through. Every visit in-between all we ever needed to do was the occasional toner refresh and a good cut to keep the shape but it was about time we brightened things up for this fun textured bob!!
