Life is lifey right now! 🥲🤣🙈😬 I’ve got very little time to do basically all of everything and it’s showing up in my face! I have started a vlog about the new place over on Subs 🏚️💕🫶 because everyday gets closer to me leaving this cute little place in Bournemouth 🥹 so if I take longer to respond to anything- please remember I am human!

A few recent shots of me working! 😅 Not just a trainer and a solo mum- I work mobile in people’s homes and never take any pics ( because I’m in people’s homes 🙈 and privacy is an actual thing!)
