Stop washing your face in the morning!

If you cleansed properly the night before, your skin has already done the hard work overnight — repairing, restoring, and rebalancing.

Overwashing can strip your natural oils and weaken your skin barrier.

Try this instead:
💧 Rinse with water
🌿 Pre-hydrate (water, aloe vera, or collagen-infused aloe)
🧴 Moisturise
☀️ SPF if going outside
