Things I’m VERY glad we left behind in 2000s hairdressing

12% bleach because we were running behind…
45 minutes for a full head of highlights…
Lunch breaks being considered a luxury…
And if you were blonde and going grey? 12/1 all over and we’ll see you again in 4 weeks.

Honestly, how did we have any clients with hair left?!

Hairdressing has changed SO much — and thank god it has. Better education, healthier hair, more bespoke colour and finally realising that we don’t actually need to run ourselves into the ground to be good at our jobs. 🙌🏼

Soft and seamless is always the goal...

Grey blending doesn't have to mean going grey.. it's about working with tones that flatter and enhance your grey, to create a soft and seamless colour, that will grow out softly and be flattering on your skin tone!
