Massage is a natural and instinctive way to soothe and nurture; a serene being is a happy, calm body
I trained in Swedish Holistic Massage 10 years ago after having problems with my own back, I found that massage was the only thing that gave me relief. I instantly fell in love with how the hands can help heal and soothe the body and mind. Since qualifying I have trained in a number of different disciplines which include Ayurvedic, Hands Free (Lomi Lomi - Deep Tissue), Lava Shells (warm treatment)
