Itās that time again! Weāve got a new barber training and we need your help. Matt has now completed 3 haircuts and he needs more practice before he can call himself a barber. Everyone has to start somewhere so weāre looking for people who donāt mind sitting for an hour or so whilst we go through a haircut from start to finish.
All haircuts welcome. Even if itās just a buzz cut it still gives him experience and confidence.
All haircuts are guaranteed to be finished to perfection as they are overlooked, supervised and finished (if necessary) by a director.

Charlie has now been at COLUCCIās for almost 2 years and in that time he has become one of Brackleyās busiest and most requested barbers of all time. In just 2 short years he has done what some barbers have struggled to do in their whole career.
Charlie is fully booked almost every day now and itās for obvious reasons. His trims are flawless and he treats all of his customers as if they are his best friends.
It hasnāt always been this way though, when Charlie joined COLUCCIās heād finished a college course in barbering. It was clear he still had no idea how to actually cut hair. With hard work and determination he quickly learned and thatās what made us realise we need to train our own barbers and not leave it to the college.

It makes us all so proud to announce that has been promoted to Barber and is no longer a Junior Barber. Charlieās hard work, dedication and eagerness to learn over the last few months have been incredible to watch and his skills have grown to an outstanding level. His passion for barbering and his desire for perfection have led him to become one of Brackleyās top barbers already.
