One of our colleagues called Phil has a very talented brother who is an incredible artist ☺️ He has kindly donated this beautiful painting to our centre, It is so kind of him 🥹

Life can feel so busy, lots of wants and needs on us. Constantly having to wear different hats and trying to be everything that people need us to be.
Your mental load can feel so full and that is exhausting.
Please show yourself some kindness today 🥰

A massive thank you to all of you that came to our open morning, it was great to meet you ☺️ Some of our therapists had not met each other, as they are at the centre different days/times, so was lovely for them to have a catch up too 💕 We will be having another one in September 💫

The doors are open 9.30am till 12pm
It’s a relaxed atmosphere where you can grab a cuppa and cake and have an informal chat with our therapists about how they could you and your family.
You are welcome to bring children, activities will be available for them to do
