If you suddenly remember halfway through your appointment that you’re on blood thinners, recently had dental surgery, or tried a mystery “miracle cream” from the internet last night… that’s the kind of plot twist that makes your practitioner age 10 years in 3 seconds.
Your medical history isn’t boring admin — it’s the instruction manual for your face. Without it, we’re basically assembling IKEA furniture without the manual and hoping the extra screws aren’t important.
