London Marathon 2026 🏃🏻‍♀️

It’s been an absolute pleasure seeing all of my clients post-marathon over the past week. Being part of your journeys in the build-up to race day has been such a privilege! I’ve loved hearing about your progress, the money raised for such worthy causes, and helping to reduce any potential injuries and pains along the way 🙌🏼

A special shoutout to my client who found out she was pregnant during training, and still went on to complete the marathon at 16 weeks, bump in tow 🤰🏻 Absolutely incredible 👏🏼

Hearing all of your stories has even inspired me to enter the ballot for next year… 😏

Super proud of my client for completing his first Ironman 70.3 event! 👏🏼

A lot of hours of training and hard work went into this event, and I’m so pleased I got to work closely with him on any niggles along the way to help his body get through it 🏃🏻‍♂️
