Anti wrinkle injections are excellent at reducing and preventing the appearance of wrinkles.

So what are the things you can do after injections and what should you avoid?

Avoid:
💉 lying down or excessive bending for 6 hours after treatment
💉 avoid alcohol for 48 hours as this may worsen any bruising
💉 avoid sun exposure or extreme heat such as saunas and steam rooms for 24 hours
💉 avoid wearing make up for at least 6 hours to reduce the risk of infection
💉 avoid exercise for 24 hours
💉 avoid any facial massages or microneedling for 2 weeks as this may reduce the effect of the anti wrinkle injections

You can:
💉 drive as normal
💉 wash your face with water only and without applying pressure
💉 go on a plane
💉 take pain relief such as paracetamol but avoid ibuprofen
