Come along and enjoy 5 relaxed, friendly weeks of baby massage and paediatric first aid, designed to give you time to bond with your baby while learning some really useful skills and information along the way. 💕

✨ Over the 5 weeks we’ll cover:

🤲 Baby massage – gentle techniques to encourage bonding and relaxation
💨 Helping with wind, colic & constipation
🦷 Teething & soothing techniques
❤️ Understanding baby cues & attachment
🚑 Paediatric first aid, including CPR & choking
🔥 Burns & scalds
🧠 Febrile seizures & head injuries
☠️ Poisoning
🩷 Meningitis, sepsis & anaphylaxis

There will also be plenty of time for a cuppa, a chat and a biscuit! ☕🍪

The course is kept relaxed, informal and judgement-free, so you can come along, meet other parents and enjoy some special time with your little one.

Held at Cullingworth Village Hall on Saturday 12th September - 10.30am - 12.30pm. This relaxed, practical session is designed to give you the confidence to act quickly in an emergency. You'll learn essential life-saving skills including CPR and how to respond to choking, as well as how to recognise and manage burns, febrile seizures, head injuries, meningitis, and sepsis.
Whether you're a parent, grandparent, or carer, this session will provide invaluable knowledge to help keep the children in your care safe.

No prior experience needed-just come along and learn skills that could make all the difference.
£25.00pp or £45.00 per couple. Includes paediatric first aid book & refreshments.

💚Baby Massage & First Aid💚

This enjoyable 3-week Baby Massage & First Aid Mini Course has been specially designed to fit around the school holidays whilst still providing all the benefits of a full baby massage programme. You will learn how to massage your baby with confidence, helping to enhance your bond and attachment through loving touch, whilst also gaining valuable life-saving first aid knowledge.

Throughout the course, you will learn a full body baby massage routine, including techniques that may help with common concerns such as colic, wind, constipation, teething discomfort and promoting relaxation and sleep. Alongside baby massage, each session will cover essential baby and child first aid topics including choking, CPR, burns, scalds and poisons, giving you practical skills and confidence to respond in an emergency.

The course also provides a welcoming and supportive environment where you can relax, meet other parents and enjoy special one-to-one time with your baby.
