Reviews take place within a specific 14–21 day clinical window following treatment, and one complimentary review appointment may be arranged during this time.

Please remember that the review window refers to the timeframe in which a review can clinically take place. It does not mean that appointment availability is guaranteed throughout the full 14–21 days.

Wherever possible, we recommend arranging your review when you attend for your treatment and making sure you’ll be available during your review window.

If your arranged appointment is missed, cancelled or needs to be rearranged, we cannot guarantee that another appointment will be available before day 21, and the review window cannot be extended.

If you do need to make a change, please contact the clinic directly rather than booking another review online so that we can advise you on the availability remaining within your review window.
