Customer notice .

Unfortunately I am unable to work at the moment due to a knee injury and being on crutches.

Please bare with Becca as she works through clients trying to re-book appointments, she will be extremely busy trying to fit clients in where she can.

I am hoping I won’t be off long but at the moment the hospital have said my knee is too swollen to tell what damage I have done .

So now the updates have all been done we are now getting ready to open our doors once again at The Salon...
We will be going into work tomorrow to get as many customers as possible booked in from the 12th April 😊
We will always try our best to get you all in as soon as possible, but we also have to stick to the government guidelines and keep you all and ourselves safe 🥰 which may take a little longer than usual but please be patient 😊

Following government guidelines We will re-open The Salon on Thursday 3rd December 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 💇‍♀️💇💇‍♀️💇💆💆‍♀️

We will be in the shop Wednesday 2nd all day booking appointments, please phone The Salon to book appointments as we can’t book appointments through Facebook.
We will try to re-arrange appointments that were already booked and cancelled due to closure first .
We will be working extra hours/days so we can get all our clients that want appointments before Christmas booked in .

Following government guidelines please read the advice below before you attend your appointment.

(1) MOST IMPORTANT
If you or anyone in your household show any symptoms of COVID 19 prior to your appointment please do not attend .
Please ring the salon as soon as possible.

(2) please only arrive at your appointment time ( clients are unable to sit in a waiting area)

(3) please use the hand sanitizer situated on the reception desk when entering and leaving.

(4) please take note of the floor markings.

(5) where possible please do not bring extra clothing.
( please bring face protection)

(6) please attend your appointment alone where possible.

(7) we are unable to offer drinks and magazines, however you are welcome to bring your own but please note all rubbish must be taken away with you.

PLEASE NOTE
IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT PLEASE GIVE 48 HOURS NOTICE (UNLESS YOU OR ANY MEMBER OF YOUR HOUSEHOLD HAVE COVID 19 SYMPTOMS )
WE CAN THEN OFFER THE APPOINTMENT TO ANOTHER CLIENT.
APPOINTMENTS ARE LIMITED DUE TO DISTANCE GUIDELINES.
