I'm back!!.. After moving to Grassington & having a busy life!. Time to chill out, slow down a little & do things I enjoy doing. I still would love to offer my Therapeutic Breaks. Next one I am doing will be in November, very close to Grassington. Please reply if interested 🙏 😊

We offer Wellness weekends which offer you the time to get away from it all. This allows you time to de-stress, relax and reconnect with nature.

We have two upcoming dates so book now to avoid disappointment!

⭐️Friday 12th July - Sunday 14th July ⭐️

For a sole occupancy room it costs just £259 for your accommodation, evening meal,1 holistic treatment,1 relaxation session and 1mindful walk.
For a shared room it costs £199
To secure your place a £50 deposit is required and the full balance would be due 3 weeks prior to the break.
