Here’s the news you’ve been waiting for…..

My new venture “worx a treat ( beach) will be having a small opening tommorow for friends, neighbours & clients.
I’m opening my old salon as an ice cream parlour. Tommorow I’ll be selling ice creams for £1 !! I’ll also have coffee& cake available to buy.

I’d love to see you all to catch up, and to show u all what I’ve been up to # # #

Most of you will know by now that I’ve had to close the salon due to my shoulder injury.
I want to thank all my lovely clients/friends for supporting me throughout my 35 year hairdressing career. I’ve made some good friends for life.
I’ll miss doing the job that I loved but things unfortunately have to change.

Most of dads working life he wore black socks with his uniform so when he retired he loved to wear brightly coloured odd socks!!

Good morning all.
I’m so sorry to all my clients who I had to cancel last week and haven’t got their hair done for Christmas.
I spent the week in bed with this awful bug!

I just want to thank my friends and clients who took the time to check in on me, the offers I’ve had of help with shopping and wrapping has been amazing ,and for that I am truly grateful.

I’m much better now , just in time for Santa.
I’ll be in touch in the new year .

POLITE NOTICE

I’m sorry for the following rant but here goes.
If you are poorly please don’t come to the salon, sniffles and coughs are fine , but if you’ve been in bed all week and are literally streaming, please stay away.
A couple of people came in last week still feeling dreadful , coughing and spluttering after having this horrible flu that’s going around , I now have it!! 😡
This is my busiest week of the year and if I can’t work I don’t earn any money! I’ve been in bed all day today and it’s not looking good to work the rest of the week!
If that isn’t bad enough I don’t want me & my family being poorly over Christmas.
Please look at the bigger picture when deciding whether your hair is more important than a family’s health!
Any clients that are booked in this week I’ll be in touch!
