Cancellation Policy Update

I completely understand that life can be unpredictable, especially at this time of year. However, due to a high volume of last-minute cancellations over the Christmas period, I need to make a small change to my cancellation policy.
Going forward, late cancellations WILL be charged a fee,

£20 for cut & finish
£40 for colour service's if you cancel after my 48 hrs policy

100% of the cost for evening before or on the day cancellation.

And deposits may be required for advance colour bookings.

As a self-employed stylist, late cancellations have a direct financial impact. I work on a one-to-one basis and, without salon frontage or footfall, I’m unable to fill appointments at short notice.

I truly appreciate that times are difficult for everyone right now. Likewise, I’m sure you’d understand the impact if money was taken from your salary through no fault of your own.
