I’m becoming far more interested in what ageing well looks like as a whole.

Great skin, yes.
But also strength, nutrition, movement, sleep, recovery, stress and what we’re doing to support our health from the inside.

Because looking after the outside while ignoring the body it’s attached to has never made much sense to me.

Look good. Feel good. Live better for longer.

That’s the kind of ageing I’m interested in.

Microneedling.
Because if you want better skin later this year, don’t wait until the week before to start working on it.

Microneedling stimulates your skin’s natural repair response and supports collagen production, helping us work on things like skin texture, overall skin quality, the appearance of pores and fine lines.

And one treatment isn’t always the whole plan.

Depending on your skin and your goals, we may want a course of treatments and time for those results to develop.

Christmas party season skin starts now.

Book your free consultation and let’s make a plan.

A collection of things I say in clinic that nobody particularly wants to hear.

Unfortunately, caring about your face and skin sometimes means telling you no.

I promise I’m not being difficult.

I just care more about doing the right thing than selling you another treatment.
And yes, you still can’t go to the gym.

Physio patients, please know I say this with love…
When I give you advice, exercises or things to work on between appointments, it’s because I genuinely have your best interests at heart.

I WANT you to get better. Preferably without needing to see me forever.

But I also fully appreciate that doing your rehab exercises three times a week is considerably less sexy than a new skincare routine and a glowy skin treatment.

So perhaps the skin clinic has an unfair advantage.

Either way, the rule is the same.
I’ll make the plan. You’ve still got to do your bit.

Please listen to your physio.
We really are trying to help.

First, we work out what’s actually changed. Then we make a plan.

Book a consultation and let’s work it out together.

Lost the weight, but feel like your face has changed too?
Don’t assume the answer is filler.

I want to understand what’s happening inside first, then we look at skin, collagen, structure and what actually needs support.

Because your face is attached to a body.

Not sure what you need?
Book a consultation and let’s work it out properly.

I happily stand by this.
Less is more.
Seeing skin texture is normal.Seeing skin tone is normal.
Skin is supposed to look like skin.

I now own considerably more skincare than makeup, which is a full 360 from me in my 20s.
Good skin and less to cover up.
That’s the goal.
