Charlie has been patient and grew out his hair over the summer to have a perm. Got to say the result is lush. 💇‍♂️

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

I value your business and ask that you respect my cancellation policies.

If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, I respectfully ask for at least 48hrs notice. If less than 48hrs notice is given, there will be a charge of 50% of your appointment cost. No shows will be charged 100%. Being self-employed means I do not get paid, my time is not FREE.

Whilst I appreciate, sometimes it is out of your control, and emergencies arise. I am still left with appointments I can not fill. I will always take this into consideration to provide a positive way forward for both you and myself.

CANCELLATION POLICY:-

📌 48hrs notice is required to cancel or adjust your appointment.

📌 Cancellations and missed appointments less than 48hrs notice will be charged 50% of appointment costs.

📌 No shows will be charged 100% of your appointment costs.

📌 50% non refundable booking fee will be required to book future appointments for repeat cancellations and no shows.
