Quick update ❤️

I’m slowly getting back to appointments and just wanted to say a huge thank you for all of your support, kindness and patience while I’ve been finding my way back to some normality. It really has meant so much to me and my family.

If you had an appointment cancelled that hasn’t yet been rebooked, please could you send me a message? In a moment of madness I deleted appointments as I cancelled them 🤣🙈, so I genuinely have no idea who still needs to be rearranged!

If you already have an appointment booked, I’m planning for my diary to continue as normal from now on.

Going forward, I’ll be working on a slightly reduced schedule for a little while as I ease myself back into work. My priority is making sure I can continue looking after my lovely regular clients while also giving myself the time I need. So if you’re a regular and haven’t managed to book in yet, please don’t worry—just send me a message and I’ll do my best to fit you in.

I do have some holiday already booked, and after everything that’s happened it will be a much-needed break, so I’ll be keeping that time to rest and recharge.

For the time being, I won’t be opening my diary to lots of new appointments, just so I can manage my workload in a way that feels sustainable.

To all my lovely clients,

I’m so sorry to have to write this.
As many of you may already know, we lost my beautiful stepson in a tragic car collision on Monday. Our whole family is completely heartbroken, and right now we’re just trying to take each day as it comes and process something that still doesn’t feel real.

Because of this, I’ll be taking some time away from work. If you send me a message, I may reply when I’m able, but please don’t be upset if you don’t hear back for a little while. I simply don’t have the capacity to respond to everyone at the moment.

I’ve currently cleared my diary for the next two weeks and will review things from there. I won’t be taking on any new clients for the time being. When I’m ready to return, I’ll make an announcement here and will contact existing clients individually to rearrange appointments. I’ll also do my best to contact anyone affected in case they don’t see this post.

I know that one day life will have to find a new normal, and I can’t wait to see all of your lovely faces again. But for now, my family needs time, and I hope you can understand.

If you need to find another therapist while I’m away, I completely understand and there will never be any hard feelings.

Thank you for every kind message, every thought, and every bit of support you’ve shown us. It has meant more than you’ll ever know.

All I ask is that you keep our family in your thoughts and please be patient with us as we try to navigate this unimaginable loss.
