✨ A Little Reminder About My Cancellation Policy ✨

I completely understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be changed. ❤️

However, I’d just like to remind everyone that my cancellation policy is the full cost of your appointment if it’s cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

When a last-minute cancellation happens, it’s often impossible for me to fill that appointment, which means I lose several hours of income. As a self-employed hairstylist, I don’t receive sick pay, holiday pay or a guaranteed wage, so every appointment matters.

The hair industry is facing an incredibly difficult time at the moment with rising business costs, rent, products, utilities and day-to-day expenses all increasing. Cancellation policies aren’t there to be unfair—they’re there to protect small businesses and ensure we can continue doing what we love.

When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you, meaning I turn away other clients who would have happily taken that slot.
