✨ A Little Note About Our Cancellation Policy ✨

We wanted to take a moment to explain why we have a cancellation policy in place.

As a small business, every appointment matters. When appointments are cancelled at the last minute or clients do not attend, it leaves appointment times that are often impossible to fill at short notice. This means our staff members lose income for time that was reserved specifically for that client.

Like many working people, our team still has costs to cover regardless of whether an appointment goes ahead. These include childcare, travel expenses, wages, and the day-to-day overheads involved in running the salon. Last-minute cancellations can also mean that other clients who wanted an appointment have been turned away unnecessarily.

We never enjoy charging cancellation fees, and we understand that genuine emergencies can happen. However, our policy is there to help protect our staff, our business, and the availability of appointments for all clients.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support. By giving us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, you help us continue providing the best service to everyone.
