Why can cellulite remain even when you’re slim, active and taking care of your body?
Because with structural cellulite, the problem isn’t simply fat.
Underneath certain cellulite dimples are strong connective-tissue bands called fibrous septa. These bands can tether the skin downwards while the surrounding tissue pushes upwards — creating the depressions and dimpling visible on the surface.

Instead of treating only the surface appearance, subcision works beneath the skin.
A specialist instrument is used to carefully release selected fibrous bands responsible for tethering the skin down.
